Booking terms

Confirmation of booking will be given upon payment of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the entire stay by bank transfer. The balance must be paid at the farmhouse.

Cancellation policy

40% penalty, from 39th day to 10th day before arrival 70% penalty, from 9th day to arrival 100% penalty. No show, 100% payment.

Other conditions

Guest’s arrival: 3.oo p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Departure: No later than 10 a.m. (services can not be used after 10 p.m.)
Accepted payments: Cash, bank transfer, credit cards.

Services included in the price
  • Linen is provided by the farmhouse, depending on the number of people booked.
  • The rooms are cleaned daily, and the change of towels and bed linen is done every third day.
  • Wi-Fi Internet
  • Satellite TV
  • Use of swimming pool and whirlpool with solarium from June to September
  • Pets allowed at no extra charge
  • Indoor parking
  • The farm has free parking for cars, vans, bikes and motorbikes.
Services excluded from the price
  • Use of sauna, steam bath, emotional shower. For information on costs and bookings, please contact the reception
  • Euro 10 for extra cleaning room, to be requested by the customer at reception or the breakfast staff
  • Euro 4 for extra towel change on request per person
  • Euro 5 extra change of bed linen on request
  • For extra sheets to those provided, the price is 5 euro
  • Extra breakfast € 6.00 per person per day
