On the first floor of the third building, you find the flat “La Loggia”, which can accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age); entering, there is a large living room with a kitchenette; then, the corridor leading to the bathroom and the double bedroom. The flat is equipped with a full kitchen, satellite TV, wi-fi, internet and air conditioning. The special feature of this accommodation is a private terrace (in dialect “loggia”) of over 50 square meters, on which one can spend pleasant hours in company or just relax listening to the typical sounds of the surrounding countryside.

Apartment La Rosa
In a recent renovated building, on the first floor, you find the flat “La Rosa” which can comfortably accommodate 5 people (2 adults and 3 children under 12 years of age); upon entering, you enter a large corridor from which there is access to the 2 rooms: one room is dedicated to children, animal-themed, with a bunk bed, desk and independent bathroom and the other is a double bedroom, country-style, with independent bathroom and corridor and finally we find the large Kitchenette with oven and dishwasher separated by a sofa bed from the living area.
The flat is equipped with 3 satellite TVs, Wi-fi, internet and air conditioning.
