QUIET AND RELAX

Spa Center

The pool is equipped with a retractable cover and has a heating system so that it can be used in the evenings, on wet days and even in spring and autumn. About 2 metres above pool level there is a “whirlpool turret”, a comfortable lounge area where you can enjoy an excellent view of the entire farm.
Directly below the “turret” is the entrance to a basement area which houses a small spa centre, including a sauna, Turkish bath and “sensory” shower, 2 changing rooms and 2 bathrooms. The spa centre was designed to provide guests with a sense of pure relaxation and regeneration, far from the smog and the stress of daily life. The keynote colours are blues and emerald green: water and its cleansing purifying power is the theme, accompanied by soothing music. At the end of your session you can enjoy a tisane made specially to your taste and a slice of home made cake so you can leave the spa centre ready to face the world.

Turkish bath

The moist heat, which never exceeds a temperature of 50°, purges the body of accumulated toxins, leaving the skin smooth and revitalized. The Turkish bath has beneficial effects on the circulatory and lymphatic systems and also invigorates the nervous system.

Sauna

The dry heat and temperatures of up to 90° opens the pores and stimulates the circulation of blood and lymph, firming flabby tissue and adding a suppleness and glow to the skin, not to mention the psychological effect of total relaxation

Sensory shower

Combines water, colours, lights and fragrances to create an all-embracing atmosphere of relaxation and wellbeing. The sensory shower is a unique experience in itself, but is also recommended as a tonic interval between the Turkish bath and the sauna.
